• The Classico Caesar: Crisp romaine cabbage dressed in creamy Caesar dressing, paired with sourdough crisps, topped with crispy Parmesan cheese, salty pancetta, and a soft-boiled egg.
• Fresco Tomato: Assorted cherry tomatoes paired with creamy buffalo mozzarella, complemented by air-dried tomatoes and freeze-dried tomato powder, finished with tomato jelly and basil oil.

• Scallop Clouds: Tender seared scallops paired with passion fruit and mango, resting on fragrant rice, balanced with the crunch of waffle.
• Caviar & White Chocolate: Nutty caviar paired with creamy white chocolate and aromatic truffle cream, adorned with delicate gold foil.

Mains

• The Ribs: Slow-cooked beef ribs with whiskey beef gravy, carrot purée, and crispy fried onions.
• “Mehhhhh!”: Grilled lamb chops with mint jelly, crispy fried mint leaves, lamb jus, and caramelized pearl onions.
