(1) Qualification Verification Process 资格核验流程
- Investors must present proof of stock holdings to receptionist for verification.
投资人需出示股票持仓证明,由前台核对持股数量。 - Customers should be categorized according to their shareholder tier, with
corresponding benefits linked. Investor information, along with the date and details of
benefit usage, must be recorded in the Excel Form.
按持股等级标记客户类型,关联对应权益,并在Excel Form 上登记投资⼈信息,填
写享用权益的日期和明细。
(2) Service Standards 服务标准
- Staff must proactively introduce and recommend the shareholder-exclusive menu.
Strict enforcement is required for the “one bottle discount per room” and “one free
room per month (valid from Sunday to Thursday)” policies.
需主动向股东介绍股东菜单并推荐;需严格执行“每房限1 瓶酒水优惠”及“每月限免1

标准呈现;跑屏欢迎播放时间、欢迎仪式表演时间等需提前与客户确认。 - For IMPERIAL/CROWN tier shareholders who walk in and are served directly by the
store, the store must discuss and confirm the setup, seating, and welcome ceremony
timing with the customer. (In principle, these customers should be given priority. If the
store is exceptionally busy, the Market Department’s dedicated customer service can
assist.)
若IMPERIAL/CROWN 级客户未预约,由门店直接接待,需与客户沟通确认布置、座
位及欢迎仪式安排的时间(原则上优先接待,如遇接待繁忙,可对接市场部专属客服
协助)。
(3) Compliance and Important Notes 合规及注意事项
- All privileges are for dine-in only and not applicable for takeaway.
