Room capacities may vary across outlets. Here are the standard maximum capacities for each room type:
- Exclusive Room: Up to 6 pax
- Exclusive+ Room: Up to 8 pax
- Deluxe Room: Up to 15 pax
- VIP Room: Up to 25 pax
Please note that actual room sizes may differ depending on the specific outlet. For accurate information about room sizes and capacities at a particular location, it is best to contact the outlet directly. They will provide you with the most precise details based on their facility.
Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed on the premises. We offer a variety of food and drink options within our facilities for your convenience and enjoyment.
However, we do make an exception for birthday cakes. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake for celebration purposes. Please kindly check with our staff for any specific guidelines or restrictions regarding bringing outside food for birthday celebrations.
If you have placed deposits with us to secure your reservation,
- We only permit 1-time change, 3 days before your booking date. Less than 3 days will be considered as a cancellation.
- Any cancellations or a no-show will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
- In the event of a reschedule, we will not be able to schedule you for a different outlet.

The room assigned to you will take into consideration the number of people in your group to ensure comfortable accommodation.
