- The Classico Caesar: Crisp romaine cabbage dressed in creamy Caesar dressing, paired with sourdough crisps, topped with crispy Parmesan cheese, salty pancetta, and a soft-boiled egg.
- Fresco Tomato: Assorted cherry tomatoes paired with creamy buffalo mozzarella, complemented by air-dried tomatoes and freeze-dried tomato powder, finished with tomato jelly and basil oil.
